I strongly believe in talking to the client to better understand their needs before attempting the final product. As such, commissioning me mandates that we can discuss about the deliverables by text or voice through DM, in a conceptualization period that happens before I really work on the design.

30% of the agreed commission cost is to be paid when the concept for the design is agreed upon.

Either of us reserve the right to reject a commission at the conceptualization period if we feel that the proposed deliverables cannot be fulfilled within the timeframe given, or for other reasons. This can be discussed between both parties.

However, obscene behavior during the time of collaboration will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to terminate the commission at any given time should this happen.

I will strictly only allow up to 3 fixes for the finished product during review.

Unless requested otherwise, I am allowed to use the finalized designs for my portfolio on this website.
